• "Introduction to Behavioral Health and LGBTQ" learning module:

  • ​This training offers an overview of Behavioral Health Issues experienced by the LGBTQ population and principles of care to consider when working with LGBTQ groups.

• "Childhood Gender Non-Conformity" learning module:

  • ​This module provides an overview of gender non-conformity characteristics in early and young childhood and the impact of being gender non—conforming.  The module also includes discussion of adult trajectories for children who are gender non-conforming and ways to provide support.

• "LGBTQ Youth 101:  Stigma, Myths, and Facts" learning module:

  • This workshop highlights the lived experiences of LGBTQ youth in the U.S., Maryland, and the Eastern Shore.  Important terminology, common myths, and facts are explained.  Data from several sources regarding the stigmatized experiences of LGBTQ youth in school, at home, and in the community are presented.  The roles of professionals working with LGBTQ youth are discussed.

• "The Coming Out Process" learning module:

  • This module provides an overview of the stages of coming out and identity development of LGBTQ youth, and ways in which adults can be supportive during the coming out process. 20 minutes.

• "Legal Issues in Schools" learning module:

  • This module provides an overview of some of the legal protections for LGBTQ youth, and the legal responsibilities of schools in creating a safe environment for LGBTQ students. 20 minutes.
